L’Oréal Professionnel, a pioneer in hairdressing from Paris, brought the global IT LOOKS for 2017 to Lahore on the 19th of April 2017 in collaboration with International Technical Consultant Tarek Rizk. The custom made hair colours for the Spring/Summer were Copper Foilyage and Nude Beige. Hareem Farooq, Local Spokeperson for L’Oréal Professionnel and last year’s IT Girl walked the ramp rocking Copper Foilyage in her locks and Rehmat Ajmal, the second IT Girl, sported Nude Beige. Aside from the ramp, Tarek Rizk discussed international hair trends and even conducted live demonstrations of cutting and styling techniques, with before pictures of the models with their old hair, and the models walking the ramp in their new look. In the live demonstration, Tarek Rizk styled 9 models, all of them wearing Mango Pakistan, the official wardrobe partner for IT Looks.
The IT LOOKS Roadshows started in Islamabad on the 17th of April and continued in Lahore on the 19th, which will be followed by a final event in Karachi on the 24th of April 2017. Several partnering salons like Asma T Salon, Ruby’s Splitends, Samya’s , Amina Z. and Toni Guy amongst others attended the event, alongside social media bloggers from Lahore, print journalists and broadcast channels.
