At PLBW’16 where beauty meets fashion with the LOtus Pr. On day 2 the excitement stayed persistent for exciting collections to make note off. Alongside the third collection of day was by Farah and Fatima. As per the traditional theme taken up by all designers Farah and Fatima at the PFDC Loreal Paris Bridal Week, her designs also screamed traditional and basic old cuts all the way.
To watch same color shade cards log with same silhouettes it does loose its touch since much more is expected out of each and every designer in unique way. The colours that were considered for the collection were beige, reds, greens and rusts. Typical loose buns to top it off headpieces were involved. The style was played around with flappers, lehngas, traditional necks, gharara, anarkali styles with shiny embellishments.
Since most of the collections at PFDC did surround traditional but did have and intriguing feel to it. Farah and Fatima did not offer much as most of it was already being worn. In comparison the collection did not stand out.
