No Gas? No Problem! Mug omelet to the rescue!

Let’s face it; we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but some days there’s just not enough time to make a hearty, healthy meal or just no gas in case of Pakistan! When life starts looking wild, there’s no reason to skip out on a healthy, filling breakfast! Which is why we came up with a solution for you to not miss the beloved morning eggs!

Mug Omelet

Ingredients

Cooking oil

2 eggs

1/4 cup vegetables (onion, green chilies, tomato, olives)

Chopped 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

Brush the inside of the mug with oil. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, veggies, and cheddar. Season with salt and pepper. Place mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes!
