7 of the Worst Lawn Collections this year!!

Is it just us or do you guys also think that all these lawn prints look almost the same now? We are tired of praising lawn collections when they are not even worth it so we decided to bring you the worst lawn collections! Having attended several exciting launches of big lawn brands, we can safely say that some collections have been extremely disappointing. Here are the 7 worst lawn collections we have seen this season:

  • Mina Hassan: Enough of Chevron already! We thought we got past that print last summer. Also, 6k for a lawn suit which is not even a bit trendy? Not a very wise decision!!
  • Asim Jofa: Once upon a time in a kingdom far far way, Asim Jofa lawn used to rule the roost. But now, the quality of the fabric, the designs, the color schemes and the overpriced suits have seriously disappointed us all.
  • Saira Rizwan: We remember how we couldn’t wait for her lawn collection to come out but ever since we have gotten our hands on it we are constantly cursing the quality of the fabric they have used. The dull colors with floral prints everywhere really weren’t catchy enough to wow the audiences.
  • Gul Ahmed: The second volume of Gul Ahmed has not impressed most people. Subtle colors, coupled with the repetition of patterns just did not “click” this time and the expensive suits have seriously turned people off.
  • Al Karam: It would be an understatement if we were to say that we did not LIKE their ready-to-wear lawn collection this year. It wasn’t even close to being trendy, chic or even slightly “cool” for that matter. There was seriously nothing fresh about it, as it featured the same embroidery patterns and designs from the previous years. That too for 9k? Seriously??
  • Shehla Chatoor: Extremely overpriced!! Apart from that, some very typical and boring prints along with a dull color palette was all the collection entailed.
  • Nishat: Being amongst the absolute best in lawn, linen and all other fabrics, this time Nishat has seriously disappointed us with their unexciting prints which are easily available in liberty market at much cheaper rates!! We really want to know what the designer was thinking while working on these patterns!!
