Warda Prints’ collection was titled ‘The Story of Frida Kahlo’. An ode to the great artist and her work, the collection featured Victorian and gothic accents in their alluring designs that embody sophistication and glamour. With designs influenced by Frida Kahlo, a Mexican painter known for self-portraits, her influence was apparent in the use of bright colors, dramatic symbolism and primitive style. The color palette comprised of feminine pastels for day wear to deep sultry plums and burgundy for a rich look.
