LAUGHING:
Yes!! It’s incredibly true that a good laugh is as good as a first class diet. (OPEN YOUR MOUTH… HAHAHAHHA). Laughter not only helps burn calories, it also makes the immune system strong and decreases the amount of tension. It’s like the best medicine you can have. People who laugh stay healthier as compared to those who are stiff and stern.

SELF INDUCED VOMITING:
Some anorexic women self-vomit right after having a meal due to fear of being fat. They eat according to their appetite. This method is mostly used by models or celebrities, but Team Kluchit does not recommend it at all.

WRITING:
Writing is the best ever exercise not only for the hands but also for the brain. Moreover, while writing, the brain and the hands both are directed in a working position thus resulting in weight loss. So, start writing and don’t stop till you drop. MOPPING THE FLOOR:

POSITIVE THINKING:
Positive thinking has a great impact on our lives and it helps us stay healthy, both mentally and physically. People with negative thinking can easily become prey to depression and anxiety, and resort to stress eating. However, by overcoming negativity you can have a body with a positive mind which helps maintain balance in everything. The more you think positive the more your body becomes active.

JEALOUSY:
Jealousy in itself is a bad nut but some people get envious when they see others doing better than them in any way. This enviousness leads to the loss of lots of energy in negativity, and rather unwittingly, they end up losing calories as well!!

CONSTIPATION PILLS:
There are lots of slimming centers which are always bragging about how their customers can lose weight in only a few days and in order to achieve that, some of them give supplements and tablets to their customers in the name of weight-loss pills which are actually constipation pills. Such pills do help lose weight in a limited amount of time but Team Kluchit does not recommend taking such pills without consulting a doctor first.
