Do more with your Coffee this season!

Who doesn’t love eating food? And that too, when there is practically no hassle involved. So, allow me to show you the way to make incredibly amazing foods which can be ready in less than 10 minutes.

  1. Coffee mug cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (grinded/caster sugar)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Few drops vanilla (according to your own taste)
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Crumb topping ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation method:

First of all, take a nice big mug. Add in a teaspoon of butter and let it soften for a few seconds if it’s too hard. Add two table spoons of sugar and stir well until it becomes fluffy. Take your egg and break it into a separate bowl, beat your egg and add half of it into the mug which consists of the butter and sugar mixture. Add sour cream and vanilla and stir. Then add ¼ cup of flour and 1/8t teaspoon of baking powder and stir. For the crumb topping, take the above mentioned ingredients and mix them with your hands. Add them on top of the mug batter and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. And voila! You have a coffee cake.

  1. Mocha (drink)

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces instant coffee (mixed in ½ cup water)
  • Milk (1/2 cup)
  • Cocoa powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Sugar

 

Method:

Take a saucepan and add all the above mentioned ingredients at once. Heat them till the boiling point is achieved.

  1. Instant coffee banana icecrem

Ingredients:

  • 3 Bananas (sliced)
  • Nutella (1 Tablespoon)
  • Espresso shot (40ml) made by instant coffee

Method:

Take three large sized bananas, slice them and freeze them for a few hours. After the bananas have frozen, add them in a bowl with nutella and an espresso shot (make sure it is chilled). Using a hand blender, whip all the ingredients together. Put in the freezer for an hour and then eat.
