DHA has opened its door to a new Italian restaurant, Pasta La Vista. The restaurant is a one-stop food destination for the ones who have a taste for pastas. Pasta La Vista promises to offer an experience under the bracket of affordable luxury. It focuses on not only providing an authentic and offbeat cuisine to the foods connoisseur, but also attracting diners who don’t like to take risk when it comes to the new food culture. Let’s look at what Pasta La Vista, the new pasta place, has to offer.
As you enter the place, you are welcomed by a magnificent setting. It is a small place but its simplicity and decency surely catches the eye. Apart from this, sitting on any table, you have a slight view of the kitchen where you can have a glance at the chefs cooking and trust me, it enhances your curiosity and appetite 😛
Pasta La Vista keeps its menu concise with 9-10 mains. It is surely going to help them in maintaining quality by focusing on lesser dishes. (Let’s just hope that customers in Lahore take to this instead of criticizing “Itni kam dishes?”)
They’ve incorporated several items like chicken, beef, lamb, shrimp into their items. Hausla Rakhein, there will be more items very soon.
Service in the restaurant was good if not a little slow. We sat for a while ready to order before our waiter came back to write down what we wanted. But the food all came out beautifully, it was worth the wait.
Overall, Pasta La Vista is a great stop for a meal before a show at the theater. You’ll leave happy, full and ready to have a great time.
