There has been a massive trend in celebrities running salons under their names. Many have done well in doing their job – but there are some that have done nothing but disappoint.
Nimra Khan Salon has also jumped on the bandwagon of mistreating their customers. A video circulating the internet shows a girl who had been verbally abused by the mother of Nimra Khan. The girl ended up recording the whole scenario and posted it online. She had demanded her money back for the classes she hasn’t taken, to which the owner agreed. The owner after agreeing did not give back the money and showed disrespectful behaviour towards her customer.
The friend of the abused customer posted the following statement:
“My friend went to Nimra Khan Salon where the owner got physically violent and verbally abusive when my friend demanded her money back. My friend didn’t take the classes she had paid for to which the owner agreed in the first place but refused later. Such pathetic act should be taken into account and dealt justly. Whoever is planning to go there. Please don’t go. They are looting the people who fall into their trap.”
The recording was also made of the event.
Nimra Khan replied to the salon drama by uploading a video in which she says that she is disappointed in her close family friends and fans’ behaviour even though they did have full right to say whatever they did. She goes on with her explanation and accuses the girl of pre-planning this. She also said that the girl smashed all the windows of the gym and tried to hurt her mom. She told viewers that her mom did not hit the girl, rather it was just an attempt to fling the mobile from her hand as she noticed the girl filming. People come up with a theory that maybe that girl did try to pull this stunt to defame the famous Nimra Khan and her salon. I, personally, do think that it is important to hear both stories before stating a comment.
So, after hearing both sides of the story, i have come to a conclusion. What Nimra Khan’s mother did is disgusting! This behavior is not acceptable what so ever in any situation. Using foul language is definitely not how an owner should treat their customer. There has been way too much drama regarding salons. Before upgrade their salons, they need to upgrade their way of communicating with customers.
