Are you into horror movies? Well, director Syed Atif Ali has something in store for us. His new horror film “Pari” will be releasing at Halloween on October 31st. The trailer of the film, however, shows a very typical storyline. It starts with a young couple moving into a new house which is haunted. Their child gets possessed by the evil spirits that haunt the house. I just hope that the visuals of the actual film are realistic because if we see the trailer.. man oh man, someone please make a realistic horror movie already! The music in the movie was quite spooky though. Hopefully the acting is natural as well! The cast includes Qavi Khan, Rasheed Naz, Junaid Akhtar, Khushi Maheen, Saleem Miraj, Azekah Daniel and Faiq Asim. I am excited to see if it can beat the blockbuster movie Maya, which was directed by Jawad Bashir.
The trailer of the movie has gotten a mixed reaction from audience but everyone has high hopes for the film. The name of the film is very typical as well. I mean, Hollywood is popping out names like Conjuring or Sinister and we’re here with names like Pari. Well putting that aside, we wish the cast good luck and hope that the film reaches our expectations!
