Over years, Gourmet has taken over food scene in Lahore like anything. A humble bakery start more than decade ago from Lahore and now launched a multi story restaurant in the heart of Gulberg, Lahore. Bon Vivant Palais, part of the Gourmet family of restaurants, added a new concept to the bistro, launching “Aver Caro” via an exclusive launch dinner. Located on the third floor, ‘Aver Caro’ offers state of the art facilities in executive lounges and boardrooms that are esthetically designed to be a perfect place to host lunch parties, board meetings and seminars for corporates.
The event was managed by Savvy Events with PR by Lotus. A unique dining concept in itself, Bon Vivant Palais is one of a kind multi story-building located in the heart of Lahore, Gulberg. The restaurant offers different cuisines on each floor.
As far as Kluchit review about the food they served, Gourmet has learned and successfully developed their product for masses, that will stay the same let it be chain of family restaurants or multi story fine dine palace. The overall architecture and interior of the Palais can be defined as Grandeur and I am positive that it will cater to those who cherish such ambiance while dinning out. Food on the other hand still lacks that finesse which the ambiance has to offer. Though it was a lavish buffet at the event and audience was loving the variety served, but then the quality has to be taken a notch higher. Do not serve food which you can’t match up to its originality. Our audience has grown mature now, people not only expect the place to be nice but they want food to be equally good.
