Knorr, one of Pakistan’s most loved culinary brands, in collaboration with Karachi Chefs at Home, organized the first ever KCH Chef Fest which was held at Karachi’s Majestic Marquee yesterday. The cooking extravaganza gave food enthusiasts and renowned chefs of the city an opportunity to connect, mingle and learn cooking tips and tricks in a highly entertaining setting.
Speaking about the event, Butool Rizvi, the Senior Brand Manager for Knorr Pakistan said: “Knorr believes in bringing out the expert in every amateur cooking enthusiast, giving them an opportunity to shine every time they indulge in their passion. The first ever Knorr KCH Chef Fest is a step in providing that to all these confident and talented women. We also feel there is a dearth of positive and safe recreational avenues for women in Pakistan as well, and festivals like this one can provide a much-required relief and entertainment”.
The event was anchored by popular celebrity host Kiran Khan and featured cooking classes by social media influencers, home chefs, a highly riveting live cooking competition, Q & A sessions with popular chefs, and a grand masterclass by Chef Zarnak Sidhwa, the official brand ambassador for Knorr Pakistan. Other popular guests included veteran TV star Rubina Ashraf and Chef Samina Jalil, while Chef Shireen Anwer joined in via video.
