Get the perfect No Makeup look this spring!

Tired of wearing a lot of makeup or cake face?

These tips that I am going to share with you all today are the best lead to natural glowing look with a no-makeup effect. Skin must be taken care of and as makeup has become today’s necessity these tips are not even time consuming and tiring to follow.

To start with:

Wash, Exfoliate, Moisturize:

These three words are the most essential steps for a well settled makeup look.

Firstly wash your face with cold water as it blocks the pores preventing blemishes and pimples. You can use a face wash as well.

Secondly to remove any impurities you must exfoliate using a good brand’s scrub.

Afterwards pat dry your face with a face towel.

Thirdly, depending on your skin type apply a regular moisturizing lotion to your face evenly and let it absorb/settle evenly for about 10-15 minutes.

Primer, Foundation, Bronzer:

Most of the people do not apply primer before going for foundation but primer is necessary because it smooths the surfaces for settling the base by filling in all the pores and lines on the skin and ABOVE ALL it keeps the makeup fresh all day long.

A wrong shade of foundation is enough to spoil the entire look. Foundation must be bought in 2 to 3 tones darker than your complexion as to ensure complete blending. If you are a pro at makeup you can blend foundation with your fingers but for most of the people I would recommend using a proper beauty blender as it blends like nothing else.

Bronzer must be in lighter shade than your foundation. Apply to the areas where daylight hits directly as to create a shadowy affect. It is advisable to apply bronzer on cheekbones, jawline and top of the forehead (just below the hairline).

Highlighter, Blush-on, Eyebrows:

Highlighter is completely optional but if you want a glowing look then it must be applied diagonally on the outer edge of the cheekbones extending to the hairline. Also for making your lip line prominent, highlighter is applied on the upper lip’s outline (Cupid’s bow).

No-makeup look is absolutely incomplete without a flush. Use the blush of your choice, I would advise peach with a little shimmer as it glows in the daylight and gives the most natural look. Using a blush-on brush, blend it along your cheekbones.

Eyebrows must be well settled and combed with a brow brush. Bushy and messy eyebrows are not AT ALL required. You can also use the brow powder in a very light shade to cover up any empty, darker areas.

Eyeshadow, Mascara, Eyeliner:

Eye shadow must be picks closest to the skin tone and is advised to be kept almost invisible. A well applied eye shadow fulfills the purpose of smoothing the eyelids.

Mascara is an essential. It must not clump. Start from the bottom of eyelashes and focus more on the outer ends as to give a denser and longer effect.

Eyeliner must complement your eye shape. Winged eyeliner is trending now-a-days. It must be kept in proportion to the eye size and it MUST NOT be smudged.

Lipstick and Toner:

It must be taken care of that if eye shadow is dark lipsticks kept lighter and vice versa. Apply Vaseline or baby lips before applying lipstick and let it absorb completely to attain a smoother and softer lipstick look.

After you are done with your makeup spray your face lightly with the toner as it gives a fresh dewy look and makes your makeup last longer.
