When life starts looking wild, there’s no reason to skip out on a healthy, filling breakfast! Which is why we came up with a solution for you to not miss the beloved morning eggs!
Mug Omelet
Ingredients
Cooking oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetables (onion, green chilies, tomato, olives)
Chopped 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
Brush the inside of the mug with oil. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, veggies, and cheddar. Season with salt and pepper. Place mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes!
