Bold liner, spectacular sparkle and super rich lashes are a couple of our most loved things, but we know—much to the consternation of our drama-loving hearts—that they’re not generally fit for daytime settings. Certain things to keep in mind while doing a makeover for a daytime event are:
- Don’t use black and anything glittery: Smokey eyes and glitter is a big ‘NO NO’ for day time events!
- Apply subtle eye liner: You don’t want to give yourself that ‘Emo’ look now do you? For events in daylight, always keep your eyeliner subtle.
- Lighten up your Smokey makeup and keep it simple: If you love smokey eyes then there is this one rule you have to stick your mind, if your eyes are dark, your lips must be nude. And for day time events, lighten up those smokey eyes too!
