This travelling couple came to Pakistan suddenly and fell in love with it!

A German couple; Elisabeth Hartmann and Christian Nieth set off in their trusty camper van to explore the world in October last year. Initially though, their world touring plans did not consist of Pakistan at all. They were actually inspired to visit Pakistan by people who they met on their way during their travels. While in Turkey, their interest was ignited when they met a fellow hitchhiker who described Pakistan as one of the most beautiful countries in the world. And let’s be honest, why wouldn’t it be? With the lush green Northern areas to the amazing coastal regions in the South, to the mesmerizing sand dunes and the winding river courses, Pakistan is home to many of nature’s awe inspiring wonders.

In Turkey their resolve to visit Pakistan grew ever firm after they met with members of Pakistan’s Motor Club, who described Pakistan and all she had to offer in even greater detail.

After having a few issues in their visas resolved the couple finally entered into Pakistan through Iran and were amazed at the sudden change in the atmosphere. They described the transition as that from a black and gray place to a livelier, more colorful one.

Thank you, for coming.

During the 9 weeks that they spent in Pakistan they visited the most prominent tourist places that we can boast about. They visited the beautiful mountains and valleys in the Northern Areas, the sun kissed beaches in Karachi along with the ever happening street life and marketplaces of Lahore. Last but not the least they made sure to spend some quality time in one of the most beautiful capital cities in the world; Islamabad.

Pakistan, you beauty!

We welcome everybody with all that we have to offer!

The great thing is that they didn’t feel insecure even when they were travelling through Baluchistan instead they recollected that everywhere they went they were surrounded by hospitality and warmth. And well that is what we Pakistanis are known for, we always welcome tourists with a big hug and a warm smile. It’s the least we can do to shrug off the negative spotlight that Pakistan keeps getting thrown into time and again.
