Bridal collections are all about the bling and mostly that red hue. Aisha Imran displayed an interesting variety at the QHBCW on day one. The designer played safe which is why she did not go over the board with experimentation. When we compare we compare and talk about on the basis of what has been displayed earlier. Honestly a mark should be set or there will be no moving further when it comes to re defining the bridal fashion scene in Pakistan.
The collection showcased had calm colors with dark hue of lemon yellow, reds and orange. The bridals in red were the standard panels and heavy embellishments. To play safe cooling shades existed with the monotonous heavy embellishments that had no breathing space to the bridal themselves. The reason I defined the dresses the safe is because there wasn’t much happening and monotony was played. The designers put in an amazing effort and time it should be considered to experiment when it comes down to displaying on such events.
